  • How do I change my Notification Settings?

    You can change it by clicking My page -> Notification Settings.
  • Where can I check the hospital I've bookmarked?

    You can check on hospitals you’ve bookmarked at the bottom of My Page -> Registered Pet Information Card -> My Pet page.
  • How do I delete my pet's profile?

    You can delete your pet information by clicking on the registered pet information card you want to delete on My page and then clicking Delete Pet Profile at the bottom.
  • How do I update my pets' information?

    You can modify registered pet information by clicking My page -> Registered Pet Information Card -> Setting icon.
  • How do I add my pets’ information?

    You can add your pet information by clicking My page to find the Add Pet + button, to register your pet to the Buddydoc app.
  • How do I sign out?

    You can sign out by clicking on Sign Out at the bottom of the My page screen.
  • How do I delete my account?

    If your password is not working, request a new password through our request form.
    If you still can’t sign in, please check again to see if your ID and password are properly entered.
    If you can't log in afterwards, please contact the customer center at cs@buddydoc.io.
  • How do I change my password?

    You can change it by clicking My page -> Setting icon -> Password Column.
  • How do I reset a lost or forgotten password?

    Click on Forgot your information? -> Forgot password at the bottom of the login button on the first login screen to enter the email you used to receive the verification code and reset your password.
  • How do I update my email address?

    The email address is a unique ID used at the time of subscription and cannot be changed within the app after signing up.
    However, if you have to change it, please contact the customer center directly at cs@buddydoc.io.
